
- Begin to actually perform your services or give your product to others who are able to help in your marketing efforts. Influencers are the thing right now, I guess. Whether they are Instagram or TikTok, collaborate with others that make a situation a win-win. What if influencers don’t want to work with you? Or aren’t interested in your product? Then, work in volume. The more people you engage with & work with, the more your brand will come to light.
- Delegate. I am a huge proponent of delegating. Are you taking more time to clean your home than putting into your business? I look at this & think, if I can have 3 people come into my home & it takes them an hour to clean my whole house & it takes me a couple of hours, that I could have been spending bringing in business or doing coaching calls that will provide the means to pay them, WHY AM I NOT DOING THAT? I finally figured out that by hiring people to do jobs that took me a whole day to do, or learn to do & it takes them an hour or so, why am I not working smarter than harder? If you are just starting out & are worried about paying someone else, get in the mindset that you are building your business so you CAN pay for them!
- Have referral bonuses. One way you will know if you are good at what you do is by getting referrals. The way to make referrals a win-win situation is to give bonuses. Whether it is through product, discounts, Free….let people know you are grateful for their willingness to share your name. If you are not getting referrals, it’s time to toughen up a bit, so you can hear why you aren’t getting referrals. I look at criticism as a gift. People want to be heard. When you give them that platform, with the stipulation that it needs to be constructive & not emotional, you learn how to better yourself & your business that benefits your customers & clients.
