Hi, I'm Ellen Gardner

I have been a business coach for 20 + years. I have been able to work for some amazing guru's out there such as Robert & Kim Kiyosaki, Robert Allen, Mark Victor Hansen & various HGTV personalities.

My goal as a Business Strategist & Consultant is to work along side my clients, to build, transform & grow their businesses where they see & take the opportunities to become powerhouses in their industries!

To build incredible Return on Investments, Profits & create Multiple Streams of Income, both naturally within your existing business or creating new opportunities outside of your existing business knowledge.

I love white chocolate & love to cuddle (my hubby, animals & babies).

So, why should all this matter to you?

Because I will be honest in my dealings with you. If I feel there may be a better fit with a different coach, I will tell you (& probably give you recommendations).

I rely heavily on feedback from past & present students, so I am continuously learning to mold programs to what my students actually want & will find the biggest benefit from.

Why am I different?

One thing that is hard for me to see or hear, is that someone felt as if they got nothing from a coach. Or that they felt they wasted their money. In that instance, I offer this advice. First, look at expectations of your training. Were they managed appropriately? Were benefits written & understood before the program began? What was the effort that was made during the program & is it documented? Also, was feedback welcomed & given?

Second, What was the experience of your coach? If I want business advice, I am looking for someone who has been there & done what I want to accomplish. I look for someone who hasn’t always succeeded because they most likely will not understand some of the trials & adversities I’ve been through with trying to start or scale a business.

One of the things I pride myself on is being relatable & optimistic. However, I also understand that there are rough times in life. I work with clients to overcome pitfalls through mindset shifting & understanding of ones self. When situations come up that are not ideal, I learned a saying years ago from Loral Langemeier….”So What, Now What”. Which I use in my daily life & with my clients on a regular basis. It means, yes, crap happens…now what? How do we move forward with gusto?
Such as, in order to create your own economy, changes need to be made. For instance, focusing on what you can control, making necessary changes to extra spending, market & open up new target audiences to add revenue, having financial prowess, always know your numbers & be good to people.
