The coaching process of creating a future aim makes dealing with issues really efficient. It helps you prioritise what needs to be done, which means you stop feeling overwhelmed, confused and in a tangle. Working towards an aim means you deal with issues as they arise on the journey. This is what sets coaching apart from therapy."

One on One Coaching is dependant on what the Client is wanting time wise. The client will have text access to Ellen as well as a weekly One on One Coaching session for business specific direction & action plans.

The Business Accelerator Counsel Group Coaching is on a Quarterly basis, so 3 months. It is for only 8 individuals at a time. We meet one day a week as a group and have one day for an hour Q & A.

The Collaborate Mastermind is a yearly commitment. It is for 5 people each session, which there are only 2 sessions per year. Because I know how busy movers & shakers are, we meet once a week as a group. You will have access to Ellen via text & a One on One hour coaching session weekly. This is for action takers only!

Everyone faces business challenges; those challenges just depend on the level of business you're at. Coaching is for those who are just getting started in business & those who are medium to large scale business owners. Business moves fast & it is imperative to have mentors & coaches in your corner to be able to bounce ideas off of, to look at innovations & systems that will grow the business.

Coaching is completely confidential, other than what is shared in the BAC Group Coaching & Collaborate Mastermind Groups. However, the information that is shared between individuals in the group setting is confidential as well as in partnerships & any ideas shared. We DO NOT steal ideas, we collaborate on them to help each other grow.

The cost of One on One Coaching will vary dependent on what your goals are, where you currently are in your business & where you're going!

The Business Accelerator Counsel Group Coaching is $2500 each Quarter.

Collaborate Mastermind is a year long, $15,000 commitment.
